Sayville is a hamlet located in Suffolk County, New York, on the South Shore of Long Island in the Town of Islip, with a population of nearly 17.000 according to the 2010 census. Sayville's earliest known inhabitants were the Secatogue tribe of the Algonquian peoples.

Bluepoint

Situated in the town of Brookhaven, in Suffolk County, NY, Blue Point is a hamlet having a population of 4,773 during the 2010 census. The United States Census Bureau measures Blue Point having an area of 1.8 square miles, of which 1.8 square miles is land and just 0.56% water.

Patchogue

The village of Patchogue is located on the south shore of Long Island in Suffolk County, New York, having a population of almost 12.000 as of the 2010 census. Officially known as the Incorporated Village of Patchogue, the village is a part of the town of Brookhaven, on the South Shore of Long Island.

West Sayville

Located in Suffolk County, New York, the hamlet of West Sayville is a census-designated place with a population of 5,011 residents. The U.S. Census Bureau reports West Sayville with a total area of 2.10 square miles, 2.10 square miles of which are land, and only 0.0077 square miles of water.

Bayport

A census designated place in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County, Long Island, the hamlet of Bayport has a population of nearly 9000 residents as of the 2010 census. Sharing borders with Great South Bay, Sayville and Blue Point, Bayport hamlet has a total area of 3.8 square miles, 3.7 square miles being land and only 0.1 square miles water.
